Prerequisite:

Participants enrolling in this class should have the following:

  • A general introductory-level understanding of project management concepts.
  • Basic end-user skills with any current Windows operating system and Microsoft Office Excel.
  • Please note that you are required to take along with you to class, a laptop computer that has the prerequisite 2016 MS Projects software.

Target Audience: This course is designed for persons with understanding of project management concepts, who are responsible for creating and modifying project schedule and who need a tool to manage those project schedule.

  2. Create a new project schedule file and enter project information.
