Agile is now. As a project manager, are you prepared to effectively operate within an agile. How would you like to have our toolkit for the Agile Project Project Manager?

The Agile Project Manager (APM) is tasked with managing using agile development approaches alongside the right mix of traditional project management techniques and practices. The APM may need to operate at various levels including:

Enterprise-wide level
Team level
Hybrid Project level

At the end of the course you should be equipped with the knowledge in performing at the varying levels. This is a hands-on workshop led by an expert instructor.
