Nsombi is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and a Project Management Professional (PMP). She lectures MBA students in Quality Management, Transformational Leadership and Career Development. For the past 20 years Nsombi has worked with the leadership teams of client organizations assisting them with strategic management, quality management, customer experience management and change management. Nsombi sits on several executive boards. She is the author of ‘How Leaders Develop Spiritual Intelligence’. Her highly acclaimed CD ‘Reach for the Stars’ has motivated many to achieve excellence in their lives.

Novelette retired from the Jamaica Constabulary Force August 2018, after serving for over 36 years. She left at the rank of Deputy Commissioner of Police and had the privilege of serving as Commissioner of Police (Acting). She holds a BSc in Management studies (Hons) and MSc in Human Resource Development (Distinction) from the University of the West Indies (Mona) and a MA in International Studies (Merit) from King’s College, University of London. She also holds a Certificate in Applied Project Management from the University of Boston and DPM International. Among other things, Novelette is a trained learning and development specialist and facilitator and delivers transformative programs on Youth Empowerment & Mentorship that teaches core life skills, and Domestic, Sexual & Gender Based Violence Prevention and Intervention.
Novelette is the recipient of the Medal of Honour for Meritorious Service and the Order of Distinction (Officer Class).

Minister, Dr. Professor Sherone Smith - Sanchez, Ed.D, MA, MSc, BFA, has more than 30 years of expertise in the fields of Leadership, Organizational Design & Management. She is a powerhouse keynote speaker, professor and an ordained minister.
Sherone is a member of the Board of Project Management Global Institute (PMGI). She is the President of Talawah Turf International, a leadership and organisational development consultancy firm. She is dynamic, creative and works daily to uplift and enlighten the minds of her students at Molly College, where she currently serves. She also served as a faculty at York College and New York University.
Sherone was a former Assistant Commissioner for the NYC Administration for Children’s Services along with a variety of Social Service Executive Leadership roles for the City and State of New York.
